Assessment
A thorough injury assessment will offer an injury diagnosis and an initial plan to start the recovery process.

Treatment
We use treatment modalities and hands-on manual therapy techniques to aid your recovery. This can include: massage and advanced soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation and dry cupping therapy.

Exercise Rehabilitation
Individualised 1:1 rehabilitation sessions to guide you through the recovery process and help you become stronger than ever!
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Pitch-based/sport-specific rehabilitation | For patients at the end-stage of the rehabilitation process who wish to return to playing sport. These sessions will mimic sport-specific movements and actions in a familiar environment to help you transition back to your chosen sport. |
1:1 Personal Training | For people of all abilities looking to reach their fitness goals with 1:1 support and personalised guidance, motivation and expertise in a comfortable environment. |
Introduction to strength training (for older adults) | For older adults who would like to begin strength training and improve their ability to perform daily activities with confidence. Basic and suitable exercises will be used to improve physical capacity and offset the ageing process and prevent falls and other injuries/conditions. |
Discounted long-term injury support | For patients who have suffered a long-term injury, such as an anterior cruciate ligament injury (ACL) at the knee or other surgical interventions, and require ongoing support, treatment and advice over a longer period. |
