Hello! I’m Chris – a Sport Rehabilitator with a Master of Science degree from the University of Bolton. I assess, treat, and rehabilitate musculoskeletal injuries and neuromuscular conditions.
I’m passionate about helping people move better after injury by designing progressive exercise rehabilitation plans that address post-injury dysfunctions and the root cause of chronic conditions.
My goal is always to empower patients – through advice, education and support – to improve their own health so that they are more physically capable of completing the functional activities that are part of their lives.
